This study is sited to capture the property’s finest views. In one direction lies beautiful mountains; in the other, the rolling fairways of the golf course and nocturnal nightscape. The greatest challenge for Calvis Wyant Luxury Homes in Scottsdale, Ariz., was designing the home so the study would benefit from the engaging qualities of the site without compromising the livability of the rest of the home. Following many hours of design discussions with the family and experimenting with various room and patio placements, Calvis Wyant was able to reach the goals by locating the study on a second story. This created an ideal working office to meet with clients, and simultaneously provided the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and enjoy the views.
