The Developers & Builders Alliance (DBA) is an exclusive membership organization founded in 2002 by Mrs. Veronica Mendieta, Chairman & CEO, with the mission of unifying decision makers in the real estate development and construction industries from both national and international markets. In an effort to advance the success of the industry, the DBA provides a unique platform, where communication, innovation and industry information is exchanged among fellow leaders and key government officials.

The DBA's Board of Directors and Honorary Members consist of some of the most successful names in the industry, such as: Evangeline Gouletas, Chairman & CEO of Skyline Equities Realty, who was recently appointed President of the Board of Directors; and Jonathan Snyder, President & CEO of Master Builders of South Florida, who was appointed Co-Chairman. Both are extraordinary achievers in their respected businesses. The DBA's Honorary Members consist of such well-known and respected developers as: Gil Dezer, Donald J. Trump, Michael Dezer, R. Donahue Peebles and Jorge M. Perez.

The DBA Board of Directors and its many Members are a united alliance for community development and re-development, setting new standards in achievement. To recognize such achievers, the DBA members will assemble the industry's most exceptional industry and political leaders, in celebration of the 2007 Community Advancement Awards. These Awards are given once a year to individuals and firms that have set standards and succeeded in contributing to the community's growth.

The event will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2007, at the magnificent Mar-a-Lago Club, located in Palm Beach, Florida. This black tie dinner Gala will benefit the Miami Rescue Mission and begin promptly at 7 pm with a poolside networking cocktail hour. The Gala Ceremony is by-invitation-only and is being hosted specifically for Chairmen, Presidents, CEOs and Business Owners in the real estate development and building industries.
